Case Study - 1302 Ashwood Court


After purchasing a fixer upper, the sellers had recently completed a major interior renovation and expansion of their home and backyard.  The front façade was to be their final project when an unexpected opportunity called them out of the Bay Area. Although the interior was amazing, the dated exterior didn’t match, and substantially detracted from the overall impact and implied value of a “down to the studs” remodel.
